The most famous tour of Alto Garda will take us to the stunning viewpoint of Cima Larici, along the Tremalzo WW1 military road.
Unique and breathtaking views, together with all kind of paths (singletrack, rocky trails, flow sections, grave roads, etc.)
The overall length and the huge elevation gain makes it a real challenge for any rider.

Not included:
- Food (on demand we’ll be glad to suggest a local restaurant or a coffee break venue)
- Personal insurance for injuries
Bring along:
- Bike/trekking shoes (avoid running/gym sneakers and road/spinning shoes)
- Backpack with essential outdoor items (Sunscreen, rain jacket etc.)
Suitable for:
Anybody used to ride MTBs on mountain paths, while not suitable for beginners with no MTB experience.
Difficulty:
The tours are intended as eMountainbike rides, therefore it’s required a minimum level of skills in off-road cycling (i.e. natural environment, steep descents on gravel/unpaved roads, etc.).
The difficulty level is variable, and each tour can be adapted during the ride. Nobody will be asked to ride anything above the personal perception of danger, the Guide will always help in case of necessity and find a different path for the safety of the participants.
At the beginning of the tour there will be a briefing explaining the use of the bike as well as a personalized set-up for each participant.

The most famous tour of Alto Garda will take us to the stunning viewpoint of Cima Larici, along the Tremalzo WW1 military road.
Unique and breathtaking views, together with all kind of paths (singletrack, rocky trails, flow sections, grave roads, etc.)
The overall length and the huge elevation gain (>2000m/6500ft) makes it a real challenge for any rider.
There are several starting options for this tour:
- from Malcesine: via ferry boat we will head to Limone, we will climb to Tremosine area and then we’ll choose between the longest option (Tremalzo full tour) or the “shortcut” to Passo Nota.
- from Riva del garda: we will ride along the Ponale path then reach lake Ledro and climb up the whole road till Tremalzo pass.
In both cases the descent won’t leave you disappointed: the longer, from Tremalzo Pass is a unique ride on a military road carved in the rocky side of the mountain, the shorter (from Passo Nota) is a trail which will ride through stunning viewpoints before arriving at Punta Larici.
Last but not least, the final part will be on the renowned Ponale path, heading to Riva del Garda (from where we’ll take the ferry back if we started from Malcesine)
